If ChatGPT or Grok is the agent you actually use, it can run your Chillframe account the same way Claude does. Same connector, same Chillframe sign-in, and the same address to paste in: https://mcp.chillframe.com/mcp.
ChatGPT
Open Settings → Connectors and turn on Developer mode under Advanced. If there's no toggle, your plan or your work account doesn't include custom connectors yet.
Back in Connectors, add a connector. Name it Chillframe, paste the address as the server URL, and pick OAuth for the authentication.
Sign in when the Chillframe sign-in screen opens.
If you own more than one Chillframe account they all start ticked, so untick any the agent should leave alone, or tick All accounts to include ones you create later.
Choose Allow access to your Chillframe account, or Allow access to the selected accounts if you own several.
ChatGPT turns custom connectors on per conversation, so pick Chillframe from the developer-mode tools in the composer before you ask it for anything.
Grok
Go to grok.com/connectors, choose New Connector, then Custom, and paste the same address as the server URL. You get the same Chillframe sign-in and the same consent screen: your account, the accounts the agent can act on, then the button that allows it. Grok finds the tools and offers them in your conversations from then on. If Custom isn't offered to you, your plan doesn't include it yet.
Whichever one you connect, it lands in the Connected agents table at Settings → Authorized agents with its own Revoke link, and its calls join the Recent activity feed there alongside every other agent. It uses your usage and meets the same rate limits as any other agent.
ChatGPT's and Grok's own menus change more often than ours. If a step here doesn't match what you see, email [email protected] and a human will read it.
