Giving an agent access is a real grant. It uses the usage you already have, publishes to your channel, and can archive a Series or disconnect a channel without asking you first. Three things always come back to you.
It can never charge your card. Buying a usage pack, starting a plan, changing or cancelling one, updating your payment method: each of those opens a checkout or billing page in your own signed-in browser. The agent hands you the link and stops there. It has no way to take a payment, because it holds no payment key at all.
It can never sign in to Google as you. Connecting or reconnecting a YouTube channel goes through Google's consent screen, and that screen needs you, in a browser. An agent can send you there and no further. Disconnecting a channel you already connected is the one Google-side thing it can do alone.
It can never delete your account. That is a browser handoff too, and you have to be signed in as the workspace owner and type DELETE to confirm. If your workspace has other members you can't delete it from the app at all; email [email protected] and we'll take care of it for you.
Now the other side. An agent with access can start renders and re-rolls that use your usage, publish to a connected channel, cancel a render that is running, archive a Series for good, delete draft or failed videos and Library assets, and disconnect a channel. None of that asks you to confirm. That is what granting access means, so if any of it sits wrong, the Recent activity table at Settings → Authorized agents shows what an agent has been doing, and you can revoke access on the same page.
