Deleting your account

Deleting your account removes everything in it, and there's no way to get any of it back.

1. Go to Settings → Danger zone.

2. Under Account deletion, press Delete account.

3. Type DELETE in the box, then press Delete account in the dialog. Keep account backs you out.

You're signed out and sent back to the Chillframe home page. Deletion takes your workspace, your Series, your videos, your billing history and any usage you had left, including usage packs, and it disconnects every YouTube channel. Unused usage packs aren’t refunded when you delete your account. The videos you already published stay on your channel. They're yours, and all deletion does there is hand your channel access back.

Only the account owner can delete the account, and if anyone else is in your workspace you can't do it from here. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it. If you're on a plan, deleting cancels it and nothing is charged again, though we don't refund the rest of the period you've paid for.
