Delete your account

Deleting your account removes everything in it, and none of it can be brought back.

1. Go to Settings → Danger zone.

2. Under Account deletion, press Delete account.

3. Type DELETE in the box, then press Delete account in the dialog. Keep account closes the dialog and changes nothing.

You're signed out and taken to the Chillframe home page.

What deletion removes

• Your workspace, projects, Series, videos and billing history.

• Any monthly usage you had left, and any usage packs. Unused usage packs aren't refunded.

• Chillframe's access to your YouTube channels. Every channel is disconnected.

What it leaves alone

Videos you already published stay on your YouTube channel. They're yours. Deleting only takes away Chillframe's access to the channel.

Your plan

If you're on a plan, deleting cancels it straight away and you aren't charged again. The rest of the period you've already paid for isn't refunded.

If the dialog stops you

• Only the account owner can delete the account. You aren't this workspace's owner, so the owner has to do it.

• This workspace has other members. Deleting would remove their work too, so it can't be done from here. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
