Your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
After that, billing stops. No further charges.
Videos already published to YouTube are completely unaffected.
Your Library stays on your account, and unspent pack credits are kept. Spending them again requires an active plan.
Changed your mind? Before the period ends, hit Resume plan on the billing page and everything continues as if nothing happened. After it ends, pick a plan again and you're back with your Library intact.
