Change plans in Settings, under Plan & billing.
Upgrades happen right away. You pay the prorated difference for the rest of the cycle and the bigger allowance is available immediately.
Downgrades are scheduled for your next renewal. You keep your current plan until then; the new price and allowance start with the new cycle. You can undo a scheduled downgrade from the same page any time before it takes effect.
Downgrading never deletes anything. If you end up over a limit, like more Series than the new plan allows, existing ones stay but you can't create or reactivate a Series until you archive back down within the limit.
