You pick a plan and pay at checkout, and your monthly usage is ready straight away.
Before you pay, you pick a look and Chillframe plays a one-minute demo in it so you can hear and see the kind of video it makes. It's a video we rendered earlier, not one of yours. Then you choose a plan. Starter is $19 a month, ideal for starting out, and makes Lite videos. Creator is $49, with 5x the usage, for posting every week. Pro is $99, with 10x, for creators scaling up. Max is $199, with 20x, for running multiple channels. Paying yearly gets you a month free on Starter, Creator and Pro; Max is monthly only. The checkout shows both prices.
Your card details go to our payment processor, not to Chillframe. Monthly usage resets on each billing date, so use it within the month. Usage packs, and the extra usage you earn from missions, are separate. They're spent after your monthly usage and don't reset.
To cancel, go to Settings → Plan & billing and choose Cancel plan. We'll ask why, and depending on your reason we might offer a smaller plan, a discount or a month's pause first; you can say no to all of them. You keep everything until the end of the period you've paid for, and the videos you've published stay yours, with full commercial rights.
