You pay for a plan at checkout, and your monthly usage is ready straight away. This covers what you pay, how usage is spent and how to cancel.
Before you pay
When you sign up, you pick a look and we play a one-minute demo in it, so you can see and hear the kind of video Chillframe makes. We made the demo ahead of time, so it isn't one of yours. Then you choose a plan.
What you pay
The Starter plan is $19 a month. It makes Lite videos, which have a still scene.
The Creator plan is $49 a month, with 5x the usage of Starter. It adds Plus videos, which have a moving scene.
The Pro plan is $99 a month, with 10x the usage.
The Max plan is $199 a month, with 20x the usage.
If you pay yearly, you get a month free on the Starter, Creator and Pro plans. The Max plan is monthly only. Checkout shows both prices. Your card number goes to our payment processor, and we never see it.
How usage is spent
Your monthly usage resets on each billing date, so use it within the month.
Usage packs are extra usage you can buy on the Extra usage card at Settings → Plan & billing. They don't reset, and they last 2 years.
Mission rewards are extra usage too, and they last 180 days.
Extra usage is spent once your monthly usage runs out, as long as the switch on the Extra usage card is on. Buying a pack turns it on.
Cancel your plan
Go to Settings → Plan & billing.
Choose Cancel plan.
Tell us why. Depending on your reason, we might offer 25% off your next three invoices, a month's pause or a smaller plan. You can say no to each one.
Press Cancel plan to confirm.
Once it is cancelled, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then billing stops. The videos we made for you are yours, and you can use them commercially, including on YouTube.
